Massage with Caroline Fawkes
Massage can have a wide range of known health benefits. It is well known that it decreases stress levels by gently easing out tight and wound up muscles, but it can also help relieve secondary pain that often builds up around a primary source, such as arthritis.
Massage improves circulation throughout the body and speeds up the metabolism encouraging fresh nutrients and dispelling waste products, the increased blood flow also helps remove lactic acid from muscles to avoid the aches and pains associated with it. And it is worth remembering that, as well as chilling you out, massage can also increase vitality, energy and alertness.
Massage helps all of the nine systems of the body, these being Skin, Skeletal, Muscular, Nervous, Circulation, Respiratory, Digestive, Endocrine and Genito-Urinary
